This year we celebrated Easter Sunday with a delicious brunch at my brother and sister in law's house in DC. It was a beautiful, sunny day in the District so I decided to get all Easter-ed out in pastel tones. I think my new favorite color combination might be blush and mint green. It's so girly and perfect for Spring time!

ReplyDeleteIn terms of outfit photos, I find that if I am feeling awkward, I look off to the side, or turn my body to the side and face the camera, then I don't feel uncomfortable. I think the dead-on staring at the camera straight ahead can lend itself to awkwardness. It also helps to have a purse or something in your hands... and lastly... sitting on steps or leaning against a wall helps, too!

ReplyDeleteOh I think you look lovely! And love the pastels! When I'm taking photographs I tend to look down or away from the camera a lot. I mean some people can look relaxed when looking straight ahead, but I always feel like I look stiff. Haha. Just a little tip! :)
